The sparkling Frosted Deltahedron has an outer shell that is beaded in such a way that the inner deltahedron appears suspended.  It is designed as a stand alone ornament, so instructions for hanging are not included.  The ornament can use Swarovski Chaton in place of the Rivoli without requiring any amendments to the pattern.
